A National Network for
Empowering Behavioral Health
Workforce Development

The Behavioral Health Workforce Center Alliance (BHWCA) is a national network of behavioral health workforce development centers from across the United States.

Founded by the Behavioral Health Education Center of Nebraska (BHECN) in 2023, the alliance helps members connect with colleagues and experts, understand national workforce trends, and innovate in behavioral health workforce development.

Members share state-specific workforce challenges and successes, collaborate on projects and presentations, and build meaningful relationships through quarterly virtual meetings, annual in-person gatherings, and other forums.
